City of Crest Hill Honors DeMolay

The long-standing association known as DeMolay International was honored at the City Council meeting on March 20. The Joliet Chapter was in attendance that evening and accepted a Proclamation celebrating 98 years of DeMolay from Mayor Ray Soliman and the City Council. The Proclamation highlights the benefits of young men participating in DeMolay and observed the month of March 2017 as "DeMolay Month" in the City of Crest Hill.

DeMolay International is a youth leadership organization building young men of character and dedicated to making young men better people and leaders. This program strives to not only create the extraordinary leader, but a leader of character. DeMolays hold themselves to a higher moral standard, striving to constantly improve and be better each and ever day.
